• Running of VCE Leadership Awards, including all related administration tasks, setting up and running Selection Panel meetings and interviewing student winners in order to write winner profile articles for publication in VCAA Bulletins and the Herald Sun 
• Maintain confidentiality procedures across all enquiries from Journalists to parents and students

• Provide administration support to Event Manager
• Provide exceptional customer service to regional and local councils, nominators, nominees and their families
• Promote event to regional councils and other aged care services
• Distribute, collect and record all information regarding nominations and accompanying supported evidence
• Create and maintain award spreadsheets
• Inform local and regional councils of all nominees from their region and coordinate attendance
• Communicate with nominees regarding their nomination and follow up guest lists for the event
• Coordinate and run Selection Panel Meetings with Members of Parliament, including catering
• Editing and distribution of Festival Program, working with the Communications department
• Communicate with Government House staff to ensure they have correct information for issuing of formal invitations and event day seating
• Coordinate post show information with photographers, journalists and communication departments ensuring correct information is published

• Provide strong support to National sales, marketing, events and operations teams
• Prepare and distribute sales and event collateral to maximise digital sales and event attendance
• Direct B2B and B2C sales, including researching sales leads via database, and warm and cold calling
• Direct sales of all digital products, website advertising, Emagazine advertising and Job board listings
• Communicate specifications with designers / agencies to ensure functional advertising
• Communicate with current clients and exhibitors to develop informative articles that would run in the monthly EMagazine
• Follow up of all sales leads, track sales and event bookings
• Prepare and distribute sales and event proposals
• Managment of database
• Create, update and correct data for database clean up and maintenance
• Cross promotion of event and digital products to maximise sales and attendance
• Maintain and update company website
• Onsite coordination of National Events

• Provide support to National Sales, Events, Marketing and Operations teams, including Directors and General Manager
• Liaise with other divisions of the company, such as creative departments and publishing agencies
• Prepare and distribute sales and event collateral to maximise attendance across 10 National Exhibitions
• Coordinating with schools to maximise student attendance
• Direct mail outs, including promotions and monthly newsletters

• Prepare effective and accurate communication documents for outsourced suppliers and contractors to ensure smooth set up, running and coordination of major events
• Coordinate event logistics, including travel and accommodation
• Design and coordinate events floor plans
• Coordinate advertising for magazine, ensuring advertisers receive and provide artwork with correct specifications

• Providing general care, counselling and personal development for young people between the ages of 5 – 17 who reside in Government residential care units
• Implementing programs and activities for clients to attend and participate in
• Suggest and provide referrals to other programs and services
• Regular liaison with Case Managers, the Department of Human Services, Juvenile Justice, Police, schools, medical staff and parents/care-givers
• Competence in completing incident reports, handling confidential information, updating communication books and file notes
• Following Government policies and procedures
